Si le projet fut initié par Vince et Mash (les deux guitaristes) et vite rejoint par Ben (vocal) en Avril 2011, ce n’est qu’en Septembre de la même année et après de difficiles recherches que le line-up se stabilise grace à l’arrivée de Nuj à la basse et de Nils pour la batterie.

Partit de rien, le combo s’attelle de suite à la composition d’un EP 5titres qui a vu le jour en Septembre 2012.

My Mental Health Degrades continue à travailler d’ arrache pied pour offrir de nouvelles compos à son public, et a dors et déjà commencé à s’attaquer à la scène.

L’envie dégagée par les membres, leur folie tant dans la vie de tous les jours que sur scène ainsi que les morceaux eux mêmes donnent toute sa dimension à ce nom plus qu’explicite...

If the project was introduced by Vince and Mash ( the guitarists) and quickly joined by Ben (vocals) in April 2011, it is only in September of the same year and after hard researches that the line-up is finally stabilized thanks to the arrival of Nuj on bass and of the Nils on drums.

Starting from scratch, the group gets down on the composition of a 5 song EP which saw the light of day during September 2012.

My Mental Health Degrades keeps working very hard in order to put out new songs for their public, and has already attacked the stage.

The urge kicked away by the members, their madness in everyday life as well as on stage and in the songs themselves give the clearly explicit dimension to this name ...
